An empanada is a handheld pastry or turnover typically filled with savory ingredients. Ours are “Argentine-style”, the dough is light and flaky, they can be baked or fried and the most traditional filling is beef, onions, and spices.

Each empanada is 5 ounces. We recommend eating 2-3 empanadas per person, depending on how hungry you are!

Your handmade empanadas will arrive at your door frozen and ready to bake!

Your empanadas will be delivered 48-72 hours after your order, depending on your location. You will receive an email confirming the time after ordering.

Place frozen empanadas onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and into a preheated 400° oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

You have the choice of two dipping sauces to add to your order! We have Chimichurri and a spicy Salsa Criolla. We recommend the Chimichurri for the meat filled empanadas and the Salsa Criolla with the cheese filled empanadas.

Empanadas go well with wine or beer (preferably a Malbec from Argentina!) and can be eaten as a snack, with a side as a full meal, or anytime you need something wholesome on the go!

We plan to have gluten-free options on the menu by winter 2023!
